    • Micro Business Loans: CODI's newest installment loan product features loan amounts between $500 to $5,000. Rates are set at Prime + 3% secured or Prime + 6% unsecured. Funds can be used for business purposes such as working capital, equipment, inventory and marketing.
    • Term Loans: Term loans are secured loans that span from $1,000 to $50,000. Rates range from Prime + 2% to Prime +4%. Funds can be used for any business need such as the purchase of: machinery and equipment, furniture and fixtures, marketing, advertising, real estate, inventory, and more.
    • Line of Credit: Lines of credit are secured and span from $1,000 to $50,000 and are based on the needs of the business. Rates are set at Prime + 2%. Whether for payroll or vendor coverage, a line of credit can sometimes be more useful to a business than a term loan.

For most patients, these services enable them to continue living in their own homes, rather than moving to a long-term care facility.
