Dunkirk Residents:
Do you have a complaint such as someone not mowing their grass, noticed an unregistered vehicle, or work going on without a permit?

            

The City would like to encourage all residents to utilize the new and easy to use online complaint system.
Your complaints can be tracked to see its status, keeping you up to date with your complaint.
Please check for duplicate complaints in the portal, as someone may have submitted the same complaint prior to yours and it may be currently being worked on.
