Lil Ginger's Deli opens in the City of Dunkirk
On Friday, Mayor Wdowiasz along with the Chautauqua Chamber of Commerce, congratulated Ginger Pokoj, owner of the new Lil Ginger's Deli at 131 Central Ave in the City of Dunkirk, on her new small business. Lil Ginger's Deli offers up sandwiches, subs, pizza and more in addition to deli meats & cheeses. Pokoj has been a long-standing businesswoman in our local community. Residents and locals alike are encouraged to try out what she has to offer, Monday-Saturday 7AM - 8PM, and Sundays 11am-8pm.
Family, friends, city staff and other local officials were also there to celebrate the arrival of this new business to the area. NYS Assemblyman Andy Goodell, County Executive PJ Wendel, County Legislator Marcus Buchanan, Lisa Vanstrom on behalf of Senator George Borello and Christine McAllister on behalf of Congressman Nick Langworthy, all attended the ribbon cutting event.
